When I was in a dark place and suffering deeply with so much noise in my head, I wasn't sure what to do. Things were heavy, I had family, kids, and a job that were all counting on me to show up and I couldn't even find myself in a mirror. I started to seek help... professional help, because figuring it out on my own was not option anymore. Compassion Behavioral Health was the light in the dark! When I say I absolutely found a life line in this place! From Rebekah as a therapist, to Ms. Brittany my nurse, and last but not least Ms. Katri - an immaculate and truly invested person in making sure all things get handled and patients feel seen and heard, I found a place that started to bring back sunshine and peace for me. I will forever be grateful that this was where my life and health began to change!
